Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Inspiritive platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the platform

Inspiritive provides an AI-assisted executive coaching platform. You may use the platform solely for your own professional development purposes. You must not use the platform to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive conduct.
Galdren Pty Ltd develops and operates the infrastructure for the platform.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Session content

You retain ownership of the content you share during coaching sessions. By using the platform, you grant Inspiritive a limited licence to store and process your session content for the purpose of delivering the coaching service, as described in our Privacy Policy. This information will be used for evaluation and quality assurance. It will not be used for AI model training.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with any other person.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

The coaching content provided through the platform is for professional development purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, Inspiritive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
